In GRANDOURE, with our activity of Road Passenger Transport, we believe that the customer should not only arrive at their destination on time, but also the customer satisfaction after the service, should be our goal, so we take care of every detail of each transport, so that the comfort during the journey, good treatment, excellence in management and quality in short, are our hallmarks.

When contracting a trip or journey with us, the client not only contracts a transport, he contracts a satisfaction guarantee.

To do this, we have taken the strategic decision by analyzing the context and stakeholders of our organization, to implement internal processes of structuring, planning and coordination, which allow us to reduce risks, prevent errors, and most importantly, learn from those mistakes so they do not happen again, marking and establishing corporate objectives. Therefore, our guidelines in the management of our service are:

  • To ensure that the trips provided to our clients are safe and comply with the specifications, requirements, standards and applicable traffic codes.
  • Establish actions and programs aimed at prevention, and not just the detection of internal nonconformities. To promote the adoption of preventive measures in the certainty that this will favour efficiency and productivity. Encourage participation in preventive processes by all employees.
  • To establish systems focused on the continuous improvement of the services offered and of the integrated management system itself, maintaining permanent contact with Customers, collaborating in the improvement of our services and carrying out joint monitoring.
  • To instruct, motivate and involve all staff in the management and development of the integrated system implemented, promoting self-responsibility by providing the necessary resources to achieve the satisfaction of all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • To comply with the applicable legal requirements in environmental matters and all the voluntary requirements that our organization subscribes to.
  • To continuously improve our environmental behaviour, protection of the environment and performance of our environmental system processes in order to prevent the pollution associated with our activity and to minimise the generation of waste derived from our work.
  • To protect the health of its workers by assuming a commitment to continuously improve health and safety conditions at work.
  • To guarantee compliance with the legislation on prevention, in order to control and ensure the continuous improvements applied to the reduction of accidents.
  • To integrate occupational health and safety criteria in all phases of the service provided.


To apply this policy, GRANDOURE carries out its management through an integrated system based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001; UNE-EN-ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and UNE 13816 standards.
