In this section we have a collection of the 11 most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) when booking a bus. If you do not see your question answered you can consult us via whatsapp, email or calling us.

Is it possible to rent a coach or minibus WITHOUT a driver?

A: No. The laws enforce that you must not allow to rent these types of vehicles to individuals.

Do the drivers pick up the group at the airport?

A: Of course, the coach or minibus will be parked in the parking lot of the terminal of which the flight arrives (with the name card that was previously requested). The driver will wait in “arrivals”, with their sign, in the frontal glass.

What if my flight is late?

A: The driver will inform the traffic department and we will either choose to send another vehicle or wait on your arrival.

Are buses fitted with seat belts in each seat?

A: Yes, all vehicles have them. And its use is mandatory, being 300 € the fine for not carrying it (current legislation).

Do all coaches have a refrigerator?

A: Yes. Our vehicles are equipped with a refrigerator.

Is catering offered onboard?

A: Yes. We have a “VIP package”, which adapts to the tastes / requests of the customers that request it.

Can I travel with my pet?

A: Your pet can travel boxed and in the hold of the vehicle. By law, only guide dogs can travel in the habitacles.

What expenses does the cancellation of my trip have?

A: The cancellation of your trip has the following costs; If you notify us, in writing an email to grandoure@grandoure.com, with 5 working days* in advance, your cancellation will be free of charge. If the email is received between 5 and 2 days (working) in advance, 80% of the total amount of the trip will be refunded. With less than 2 working days 50% and if the cancellation is notified 24 hours, before the start of the trip, 100% of the amount will be charged.

* Working days are considered: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (except national holidays).

Is there a luggage limitation?

A: One standard suitcase per passenger is accepted. We recommend that in the case of carrying sports equipment or instruments, consult us first to advise you on the best way to transport such items. As well as assuring you that the storage capacity is right for your needs.

Do you have large capacity vehicles?

A: We have a wide range of vehicles ranging from 16 seats up to 55. If your service exceeds this capacity we will provide you with several coaches / minibuses to transport your desired number of people.

Do the passengers have insurance?

A: The buses have compulsory travelers insurance (SOV), which covers the damages that passengers may suffer inside the vehicle. Although you may wish to use additional insurance.
