Our office hours, both in Madrid and Valladolid, are from 9.00 to 17.00 hours and from Monday to Friday (uninterruptedly). The price depends on the kilometers, the number of people, the hours of availability of the vehicle… To know the price of your service you only have to ask for a quote online from our website. There is no obligation.

I can indicate as many stops as you need to pick people up at your doorstep or at different meeting points. 

The cancellation of your trip is free of charge as long as you notify us by email (grandoure@grandoure.com)

  • 5 working days in advance. If not, the following costs will be charged to you:
  • If we receive the email between 5 and 2 (working) days in advance 20% of the total amount of the trip.
  • With less than 2 working days 50% and if it is on the same day 100% of the amount.
